Design Consultation
The first thing we do when you reach out to us to discuss your project is set up a time for you to chat with Luke, our project manager. On this phone call, the goal is to learn about your project and how you are hoping we can help. We’ll also discuss your project timeline and provide you with a free ballpark of what we think your project will cost.
If it feels like we are a good fit, the next step is to set up an In-home Design Consultation.
This is an in-depth, in-home visit to go over the project in detail. This is the time where we
1) Establish a clear scope of work
2) Identify any limiting factors (to the best of our ability) that might effect the cost or ability to complete the project, such as load bearing walls, critical infrastructure or anything else that might be an obstacle to the current plans
3) If any limiting factors are found, discuss the potential costs associated with moving forward
4) Do a 3D scan of the project area to give us a floor plan and 3D tour that we can use for putting the quote together
5) Deliver a complete fixed price quote for the scope of work discussed
Once the fixed price quote is approved, we begin work!

We bring our professional interior designer to help decide layout, design, colors, finishes, textures . . . you name it! We can even do 3D renderings and drawings!
*Interior design costs depend on your needs and type of project.
