What is a realistic budget for my remodel?

The easy answer is: It depends. But we don’t take the easy route! We’ve gone ahead and answered this question with a dedicated pricing page right here on our website (for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements!) We are always happy to provide you with a free ballpark estimate so you can get a handle on where your project might land.

Do I need to pull a permit for my remodel?

When you work with us, you do not have to pull permits. If a permit is required by your city for your remodel, we take care of it. We are a fully licensed general contractor which allows us to pull permits for your project and complete every aspect of your project for you.

How far out are you booking projects?

This varies throughout the year! If you’re on a tight timeline, the best bet is to contact us to see what our schedule is currently looking like. The great news is that we do interior remodeling all year, so whether it’s July or January, we can fit you in.

Do you do accent walls? How about built-ins?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a stand-alone project or part of a larger remodel, we can help!

Why do I need a licensed general contractor?

When you hire a GC like us, you only have to communicate with one person: Luke. He runs the entire schedule for you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Our entire team of trade experts have their proper certification, insurance, and legitimate business standing with the state, so you can rest assured that you are getting a high quality remodel from the top down. We also take care of pulling permits and scheduling inspections throughout the job.

How do you deal with mold in a remodel?

When you book a remodel with us, we talk about this at the beginning of each job. We don’t charge for mold mitigation on the front end because we very well may not find any. Instead, if we do find mold, we call a “stop” to the project where we’ll have a conversation with you about how the specific situation needs to be handled and what costs might be involved in properly mitigating so we can get back on schedule.
