The first step we take with every client is our Project Consultation. This consists of a 30min Google Meets video call for us to learn about your vision for the space, which will give us everything we need to provide you with an accurate estimate!

This is an in-home visit where we do a walk-through of the project area, finalize the scope of work, identify any limiting factors, and create a design plan. This is where we gather all the measurements and details needed to create your fixed price proposal.

Because of the work we do during the design phase, we are able to provide you with a fixed price proposal before your project begins. This ensures you don’t need to worry or wonder if the cost will fluctuate by the end. You’ll have peace of mind knowing we’re all on the same page about the size, scope, and budget of the project.

This is where the fun begins. We get to work pulling any necessary permits, ordering materials and building the schedule with our team - working with you every step of the way.

This is where we rip out the old and put in the new! While these projects can be loud and messy, we do our best to keep these moving quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way so you always know what’s next!

Towards the end of the project, we’ll take a roll of blue tape and do a walkthrough with you to create our final punch list. This ensures that we are all on the same page regarding the finish line of the project. As we walk away, you’ll be ready to fall in love with your newly remodeled space.
