As a remodeling general contractor, we started out doing it all. But as we grew, we found that we really loved two specific spaces in the home: basements and bathrooms. So, we decided to niche in and specialize in these two areas exclusively.
Because of this, we’ve been able to build systems and processes that allow us to provide to-the-penny quotes, communicate clearly with our clients and our team, reduce surprises, and create a smooth experience from beginning to end.
By narrowing our focus, we’re able to serve homeowners with confidence, expertise, and intentional care in the spaces we know best.

Who will you be working with?
Luke Larson
Luke manages everything construction. From project proposals, permits, scheduling, and managing our trades team, to on-site quality assurance and client communication. He’s the general contractor that knows the ins and outs of how to complete your project.
Kristen Larson
Kristen works mostly behind the scenes keeping the wheels on the bus. While you’ll see her at project design visits and occasionally grabbing images and photos for social media, she keeps busy with things from bookkeeping to project design.
