Ramsey, MN

A completely reimagined layout for this basement bathroom. By swapping the bathroom and closet, we added hallway access for guests, a bigger shower in place of the jetted tub, a full vanity instead of a pedestal sink, and luxury finishes throughout. Others estimated 12 weeks.

We quoted 7 weeks, and finished in 7 weeks.

Anoka, MN

A complete rebuild of this mold-damaged primary bathroom: a deep soaking tub, grout-free wall panels, and all-new everything.

We took it down to the studs, dealt with the mold, added a bath fan, and waterproofed it to last.

We quoted 4 weeks, and finished in 4 weeks.

Fridley, MN

After a five-month nightmare with her last contractor on a previous project, this homeowner didn’t want to get three bids. She wanted someone she could trust. We fully gutted her hall bathroom and rebuilt it, handheld dog-washing sprayer included, with the scope and schedule set before we started.

We quoted 3 weeks, and finished in 3 weeks.

FAQs

We do all the planning, material selections and ordering ahead of time so that all the materials are on site and ready to go before demo day. Because of this, a typical bathroom remodel for us takes anywhere between 3-6 weeks depending on the size and extent of the remodel.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Yes. We are a fully licensed remodel general contractor, and we have great relationships with the city inspectors in the north and west metros. We handle all permits and set up any inspections that are needed in relation to your project.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Every project includes design assistance. You’ll get a floor plan of your new space and custom 3D renderings, so you can see how it will look and feel before any work begins.

At a minimum, we'll give you a clear list of every selection you need to make, the date each one is due to keep your project on schedule, the best places to shop, and your allowance for each item based on your approved proposal, so you stay within budget.

Most of our clients go a step further and work closely with Kristen. She'll guide you through colors, materials, and styles, and make sure every choice works together so the finished space feels cohesive and intentional rather than pieced together. You get as much or as little of her help as you'd like, and most people find that having her in their corner makes the whole process easier and a lot more fun.

Can you help with material selections?

If you’re keeping the layout of your bathroom as-is, no. That being said, we’re able to move plumbing inside the walls, in the floors, and even in your basement in order to accommodate the scope of your project. We’ve done it all!

Do I need to move plumbing fixtures?

Moisture is something we take seriously in all of our projects. We understand firsthand how mold can wreak havoc not only on the materials your home is made of, but also on the health of those living inside your home. We would love to have a conversation with you on how we help ensure this won’t be an issue in the future.
