2) Project contracts control remodeling work

Website and portal use are covered by these Terms. If you hire us, the remodeling scope/pricing/schedule/warranty/change orders are governed by a separate written agreement (“Project Contract”). If these Terms conflict with a Project Contract, the Project Contract controls.

8) JobTread project portal

We use JobTread as a project portal for delivering proposals and managing project communications and documentation. Portal availability may be affected by third-party maintenance or outages. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any portal credentials and for all activity under your account.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website or portal, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape data, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

10) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect/incidental/consequential damages related to Website/Service use.
